Who should I contact
If you need to contact the school for any reason, this checklist will help you figure out who to contact.
- Office - If you call into the office with any issues/queries they will direct you onto the relevant person.
- Principal Teacher of Guidance (Head of House) - This is the key pastoral contact for all matters relating to your child: subjects (child's performance, subject choices, teacher issue), bullying (physical, mental or cyber), health concerns with your child, change of home circumstances that may impact upon your child's education and performance in school.
- Depute Headteacher (Year Head) - Please refer to the appropriate DHT for matters which cannot be resolved by the Principal Teacher of Guidance and where this needs to be escalated to a senior leader.
